Adrienn has regular weekly yoga sessions in the evenings and in the mornings too. She started her yoga journey in 2004 and has 5 years teaching experience. Adrienn completed a 200 hrs yoga alliance certified instructor training course in Malta. The classes are small so you get personal attention and she will assist you with the proper alignments. Beginners are always welcome.

The beach yoga session is 75 minutes long including practicing breathing techniques and a 10-minute relaxation at the end.
We are outside by the sea behind Marine park if the weather allows or if it is too windy or raining we are in yorflo studio, in High Ridge. Places are limited to current situation so please make sure you always book to avoid disappointment.

Yoga sessions are held if there are at least of three people booked. Booking is required minimum 10 hours before the class starts. You can whatsapp or text me to book your place (99329229) studio or garden sessions are up to 4 people, beach sessions up to 9.
